The animation series “I am a Great God” is adapted from the comic of the same name written by Shengshi Kaman. The series has total 2 season which have already finishes airing and both of them were really very popular at that ti me and now many viewers are egerly waiting for the Season 3. The Series tells the story of Shi Xiang, a seaven year old boy cursed with a brief lifespan but rapid growth , who enters a mystical realm with a fairy residing within him. From then on, he fights with the fairies in this exotic world with wit and courage and embarks on the legendary path to become a tycoon in the fairyland.
Series Overview –
This is an action, comedy and adventure genre donghua series. The first season was premiered on Tencent Video on November 12, 2020, which had total 16 episodes and its second season was premiered on February 25, 2021 which also had 16 episoeds and its concluded on June 17, 2021. Two month later, the official team of the series announced its third season with a new poster and a trailer.

Character Introduction –
The Main Male Protagonist- Shi Jiang
The main protagonist of the series, the son of Qiyin, is a smart and good at grasping people’s hearts and seizing opportunities. Guangling Jun, the most powewrful sword cultivator, inhabits Shi Xiang’s body, causing the dual soul to come into existence. Due to Guangling Jun’s immortal soul extending his lifespans, Shi Xiang, although only 7 years old, appears to be a 21 year old with IQ of 160+.
Despite his harsh personality, he is kind and wise. When the demon world targets Guanling Jun, Gongsun Mu, the lord of the fairy world, rescue Shi Xiang, brings him to the fairy world and begins his journey.
Female Protagonist – Su Yueer
Su Yue’er also known as Yue’er, is the one of the main heroines of the Series “I am a Great God” she is the former Taiyue Sect Master’s disciple and the grandaughter of the previous head Su Ling adopted on the battlefield of Immortals and Demons. She is also the senior Sister odf Shi Jiang, she fell in love with him under Shi Jian’s influence. She has carefree boyish personality, but also has a gentle side. Her actual identity is Ji Yue, the daughter of Ji Ye, the lord of Demon Clan.
Second Female protagonist – Zhou Ziyu–
The daughter of Zhou family, one of the four great families in the fairy world, she is the most beautiful girl in the Yuling Sect and has the rare Phoenix lineage, she is arrogant and cold. Her family arrenged her marriage to Zuo Zongming, but Shi Jiang cleverly resolved the situation and broke off the engagement was eventually cancelled . After meeting Shi Jiang, she secretly likes Shi Jiang. However, she suppresses her feelings for Su Yue’er.

It has been more than 3 years and there has been no official updates or news about the release of the season 3, leaving fans eagerly waiting for the information. However, according to circulating rumours, there is speculation that the release schedule for the season 3 of the series could be announced by the end of this year, with the potential release date set for early 2025. While these reports are yet to be officially confirmed by the production team.
