In addition, a film adaptation of the popular donghua series “Renegade Immortal” was also announced and the title of the film is “Xian Ni : Battle of the Gods”.

According to the National Key Online Animation program planning and filing , the movie “Xian Ni : Battle of the Gods” was filed by Tencent Penguin Picture and the Television Culture Communication with a total of 3 episodes.
This also means that the movie will be divided into three parts and each part is expected to be around half an hour or even longer, giving fans more time to enjoy the story and immerse themselves in the world of “Renegade Immortal”. Renegade Immortal Movie Plot –
It mainly tells the story of the Eternal Night Demon City that grew overnight in the Demon Cultivation Sea in the ancient God Land. In order to expand its territory, it continuously attacks the sects around the Demon Cultivation Sea, including the Yun tian Sect where Li Muwan lives.
During the battle to defend the gate, Li Muwan was poisoned, putting her life in grave danger. Upon knowing her condition, Wang Lin immediately took her back to the Demon Cultivation Sea in search of cure. Despite his initial level of spiritual cultivation, Wang Lin bravely faced the three city lords, eventually emerged victorious and gained fame throughout the Demon Cultivation Sea. He successfully retrieves the antidote needed to save Li Muwan, but later it was discovered that their circumstances was a part of a much larger, thousand year old conspiracy.
As the true scale of threat is revealed, Wand Lin and Li Muwan find themselves at the center of the battle that requires not only their combined strength but also deep trust and emotional connection. In a key moment of his first fusion with the ancient God after his spiritual transformation, Wang Lin along with Li Muwan , confronted and ultimately defeated the Demon Lord.
